I’ve worked with a lot of physical therapists over the years, both good and bad, at high levels of athletics. I can say without hyperbole though, that Garrett is the best physical therapist I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. His insight, level of professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond for his patients is second to none. I firmly believe he sets the bar for what the gold standard should be in the industry. I love the clinic and everything they have built there over the past two years. If you are reading this and are on the fence about where to begin your rehabilitation journey, please just trust me and go see Garrett and Mallow at ORMobility. I’d been training for the Eugene marathon and was hit with crippling calf cramps out of nowhere, starting around mile 1 to 2. After trying another PT clinic that didn’t help at all, I saw Garrett. He did a very thorough work up to determine the core problem, weak glute medius and helped with in office and at home strengthening exercises. The app was easy to use and I saw quick improvements. As my calf issue resolved, we uncovered other areas of pain / tightness and Garrett worked through these as well. The full body approach that Ormobility took was exceptional, and helped resolve pain that an in network clinic couldn’t help with. It was very worth the investment! Hannah at OrMobility does a fantastic job working with clients to design custom holistic workout and nutrition plans that support their health goals. She goes above and beyond to make sure I have the tools I need to be successful in the gym and nutritionally. She has also improved my form when strength training and increased my understanding of how to most effectively allocate my macros. Thank you so much Hannah for being an excellent coach. Also the gym is great! Clean, with new equipment and is private. Brett Stuck2025-09-02Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I absolutely LOVE working out with Hannah and recommend her to anyone I know that may be looking for a personal trainer. I have multiple old sport injuries that were impacting not only my ability to work out but also causing pain in my every day life. Hannah made a detailed work out plan to not only help support and stabilize those injuries, but also still kicked my butt while doing so. I no longer have pain from those injuries and feel overall more balanced in my muscle composure and strength. She is 100% worth the investment into your health and genuinely cares about her clients. 10/10 would recommend. Edit: Had to revise my original 4 star review to 5 stars despite my dissatisfaction with billing because Mallow is awesome and goes above and beyond in so many ways. The Good: Mallow is an awesome PT. She is super friendly, encouraging, and professional. She also does a great job diagnosing as well as finding many different ways to best help you. I have been to three PT's and she is by far the best I have seen. The not as good: To get a lower price per session you will need to buy a "package" for a set number of visits up front. The more visits you pay for, the better the discount. First of all, I think this is actually quite smart: It helps keep a person with an injury that doesn't respond quickly from dropping PT and instead get actually improvement. However, the number of visits I was told I would need was not accurate at all, so I ended up paying more by having multiple smaller packages when I was just following their advice. Their policy is that you can not extend a package, switch packages, get reimbursed for any extra visits, or chose a specific number (unless it is 6, 10, or 12). It is frustrating to me that I will be paying more for my 21st visit than my 20th unless I spend over $1500 buying yet another package. It is not as though I won't be going here for any future issues, but I would really like the flexibility to actually pay for the visits I need. The rigidity of needing to continually buy packages seems unnecessary. For me, due to their policy, I will be ending PT earlier than I wish vs. paying more per visit. That being said, if another issue/injury occurs I will be back here ASAP; the PT has helped me a lot and Mallow really is that good! My wish is that we would be able extend a package at the same price/visit if the estimate of how many visits needed was incorrect. This could even have the added advantage for OrMobility of getting people to go for the more expensive package up front. Failing that, any other option that would introduce some flexibility to the package system would be appreciated. Side Note: they don't bill insurance so that may be an issue for some. I’ve had issues with my shoulder from playing sports over the years and have been unable to lift weights or play catch without pain in my throwing arm. Thanks to Garrett, I’ve been able to get back to both. He helped me build a plan and taught me a lot about technique and workouts to mitigate any shoulder issues that I’ve been experiencing for around a decade. Feels great to get back into the gym and play catch with my kids without the sharp pains. Thank you for getting me back to where I need and want to be! Most recently I started experiencing a severe sensation of swaying every time I moved. In addition to the swaying motion, everytime I laid down or sat up the room felt as though it was spinning out of control. Friends and family who have been helped by Dr. Mallow suggested I should have an assessment. I have been let down so many times by other providers I was sceptical. I'm happy to report Dr. Mallow provided me with a thorough assessment. Dr. Mallow's knowledge, caring manner and understanding was outstanding. After several seasons I am so happy to say, I have my life back. Dr. Mallow has my trust and appreciation. If I need help in the future I will not hesitate to follow up with her. Thank you so much Julie

I injured my knee and reached out hoping I could get on track towards recovery right away. I got a reply immediately and was set up with an appointment. During the appointments, Dr Stroup was very professional, knowledgeable, and invested in my personal case and injury history. Having the appointments at home was extremely convenient as we have a busy life with our kids and work schedules.
- Derek S.My husband was in an automobile accident that has left him a quadriplegic. Arriving back home in Roseburg after 3 months in the hospital and inpatient rehab, we were greatly concerned about how we were going to continue the physical therapy he would need. Garrett has been an answer to prayer! We have been impressed with his knowledge of the issues that come with spinal cord injuries and also his willingness to work around our schedule and develop a plan that is specific to my husband’s needs and goals. He is very professional, safety conscious and kind. We highly recommend him!
- Kristin Y.We have been using OrMobility Physical Therapy & Performance since January as my husband recently had 2 knee replacements. Garrett has been invaluable in my husband’s recovery and rehabilitation. Garrett provides a level of service and caring that exceeds standard care. He has genuinely cared that we have the best outcome. Garrett is always prompt for our scheduled appointments and is always professional. We highly recommend OrMobility Physical Therapy & Performance. Truly a 5 star business.
- Melody H.Garrett has been very knowledgeable in helping with the popping in my jaw. I did not realize you could have physical therapy exercises for TMJ issues. He is also helping me with tennis elbow. He comes to my home and I find it beneficial that I don't need to wait in a waiting area or wonder how to do the exercises when I get home. He shows me how to best do the exercises using what I have in my home, (chairs, table, weights etc). He is knowledgeable yet able to explain in a "down to earth" away what is causing the pain and how I need to do the exercises. He also follows up with a personalized online program that explains my specific exercises which ensures that I am successful in completing them. Thanks Garrett!
- Shelly P.I find OrMobility Physical Therapy & Performance to be unique and effective. They get results. Dr. Stroup offers personalized Physical Therapy. He evaluates your situation then designs a program to address the issues that reduce your ability to perform daily living tasks. He is always mindful of your limitations, abilities and goals with a positive approach and is a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend OrMobility Physical Therapy & Performance Dr. Stroup.
- Marie D.I recently completed several Physical Therapy sessions with Garrett Stroup of OrMobility Physical Therapy & Performance due to my difficulty walking and pain throughout my leg. Initially it was difficult for me to re-learn to use the appropriate muscles and to stop using weaker ones to compensate. My leg is now pain-free and my gait is much improved, and, more importantly, I am much safer when walking. I no longer must use assorted ice packs every evening and surprisingly my restless leg syndrome symptoms have almost disappeared. I benefited so much from my therapy sessions and I would not hesitate to to recommend Garrett to anyone looking for a good physical therapist.
- Barbara T.I was diagnosed with vertigo when I was admitted to the hospital. After seeing my primary physician he recommended physical therapy and referred me to a facility in Roseburg. Before I made the appointment I was informed there was a physical therapist that would make house calls. I asked my primary doctor to please give him my name. Garrett Stroup called me the same day and made an appointment for the next day. He was at my home prompt the next morning. Was very informative regarding what he could do for me. After two sessions with him I am no longer having the dizziness that comes with vertigo. I highly recommend Dr. Garrett Stroup if you want to have therapy.
- BCorrine M.Garrett is an exceptional therapist that has a good grasp on how to not only relieve pain but to also return you to function. As a colleague I have found him to be an amazing therapist and recommend him wholeheartedly. He will get you to where you want to be so you can get back to living they way you want to live.
- Stephen O.Top-Rated Physical Therapy Care in Roseburg — Focused on Your Results
At OrMobility Physical Therapy & Performance, expert care begins with advanced education, extensive experience, and the freedom to put your health first. After earning my Doctorate in Physical Therapy, I pursued advanced specialties including Concussion Management, Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) Dysfunction, thoracic spine and rib dysfunctions, as well as knee and hip pain and various musculoskeletal disorders.
As the highest-rated physical therapy clinic in Roseburg on Google, Facebook, and Yelp, we pride ourselves on delivering personalized, results-driven care.
Unlike many clinics bound by insurance restrictions, we operate out of network, freeing us from insurance rules that often hold back your progress. For example, insurance companies apply MPPR (Multiple Procedure Payment Reduction), which limits physical therapists from spending a full hour individually with each patient. These rules also typically restrict care to a single diagnosis—even when pain in one area, like the ankle, is causing issues elsewhere, such as low back pain.
Because we are not constrained by these limits, we provide comprehensive, individualized care that addresses all contributing factors to your condition. We take the time to listen carefully, develop personalized treatment plans, and use innovative manual therapy techniques tailored specifically to your needs.
Having treated thousands of patients successfully, I’m proud to bring this high-quality, patient-focused physical therapy and rehabilitation care to the Roseburg, Oregon community, helping build a stronger, healthier population.
